As two friends, we shared a collective view that through our combined skills and knowledge we could add value to the agency recruitment world. Martin had spent most of his career working as an Account Handler in a range of different agencies, from Account Executive to Director/Shareholder level, whilst Rob had spent most of his career in recruitment leading large teams of people to deliver great results for his consultancy.

We were united in our vision to bring a fresh approach, one that recognised the importance of finding great talent for marketing agencies and helping individuals find the right agency to further their career. We believed, and still do, that the traditional recruitment model, focused on targets and commissions, does little to serve the interests of either the agencies or those within the industry looking to make a move. We felt it was important to breathe new life into the world of recruitment and so, Breathe Consulting was born.
